Special-order, custom-made, personalized, resized, modified, or otherwise altered pieces may not be cancelled once work or sourcing has begun.

Unless otherwise stated, eligible jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that it remains unworn, unused, and in its original condition and meets all other return requirements.

The original Afroza Naeem jewelry tag must remain attached, intact, and unaltered. Jewelry with a removed, detached, cut, replaced, or otherwise tampered-with tag is not eligible for return or refund.

Special-order, custom-made, personalized, resized, modified, or altered pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
